Located on the fringe of the seaside village of Tairua on the East coast of the Coromandel Peninsula is this 411.13ha (more or less) bush block. An absolute sanctuary of nature with vast areas of established native bush and flora such as Ponga, Manuka, Totara, even an area with an established mature Kauri tree forest. Some wilding Pines with an area of 20ha (more or less) of Pinus Radiata suitable to be milled.
There are several small streams running through the block with the main stream known as Graham's stream running through the lower valley. Another huge bonus is the spring water on the land, as of right you can take 15,000 litres of water per day.

The contour is mixed, a level valley with sloping to steep areas heading toward a mountainous rugged area giving a glorious outlook. The Tairua surf beach is just down the road, Sailors Grave approximately 5 minutes drive from the bottom valley. Numerous possibilities available with this block, potential to subdivide, keep as one large block as a hideaway wonderland yet handy to shops, cafes and restaurants, really your imagination is your limit. Large nature bush blocks like this are very rare on the Coromandel and so close to town.
Potential to subdivide into 7 blocks. Resource consent is in place to subdivide three blocks with potential to subdivide a further four blocks creating development opportunity.
Just when you think it can’t get any better there is 200ha (more or less) of manuka suitable for bee keeping.
