We are offering for sale by auction the leasehold interest by the freehold owner pursuant to the prior cancelled lease (High Court Order 16 September 2025).

The interest to be sold is the leasehold estate created by Lease Instrument No. 9492607.1 for a term of 21 years from 1 July 2013 (subject to renewals and auction provisions). Income is from a managed fixed term tenancy at $620/wk through to April 2026.
