Marion is a property professional with more than 20 years industry experience throughout Australia and New Zealand. This has encompassed property development, investment, buying, selling, leasing and renovation on both a professional and personal basis. During her time in Australia, Marion was both a licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager.

Marion returned to New Zealand in 2014 where, prior to gaining her NZ Real Estate licence, she established a home staging business, transforming and styling homes for sale to achieve a premium sales price.

Her significant property knowledge, understanding of real estate market dynamics and negotiation skills will benefit all clients buying or selling their home or investment, from developers and investors, to families looking to make a move or those who are in the later stages of their property journey.

Passionate about all things property, along with building relationships with both vendors and buyers, Marion’s approach is one of friendly professionalism and acting with the utmost integrity.
