Tracey’s background includes managing commercial tourism offices in Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. As General Manager of Kirra Holidays, she managed the $40 mil turnover PA business along with the operations for the Kirra Tours Coach program, before moving on to work on Australia’s most popular train journey – the Ghan, where she secured the role of General Manager of Product. Tracey’s experience in logistics, problem-solving and negotiation, has enabled her to work with a range of tourism businesses across New Zealand. In the later years, Tracey turned her attention to consulting for tourism operators and supporting them on their business journey with strategy and marketing. Holding a Masters in Marketing, Tracey focuses on how businesses can better present themselves for better outcomes.
