Kathy has over 25years in sales; managing sales teams, national accounts and negotiating trading terms at the highest levels (it’s critical if you’re selling a property to have an agent who is capable of achieving the best possible price). During those 25 years Kathy in numerous positions also wore a dual marketing and sales hat and excelled by implementing simple – but strategic marketing principles which targeted the right buyer and generated action. She has been recognised with numerous commendations for her outstanding achievements. Kathy has a strong philanthropic heart and worked for a charity organisation (Tear Fund) for nearly two years looking after major donors. Kathy is passionate about animals having a black fur baby (dog) Poppy, and an extensive background in equestrian. In her early years Kathy represented both the Manawatu and Auckland in equestrian events. Kathy is a person of great integrity, insight and enthusiasm and is renown for going the extra mile
