Myles started his real estate career in Christchurch after obtaining a degree in Property Valuation and Property Management. Commencing work as an industrial real estate broker following the February 2011 earthquake and brings vast experience from operating in the Christchurch post-earthquake environment and the challenges that it presented for the real estate industry.

Working previously for Knight Frank (purchased by Bayleys in 2018), Myles was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2011, and was awarded national Knight Frank Top 5 Salesperson in 2014 and 2016.
