Before becoming one of the top brokers in the LINK network, Theresa was a successful business owner. She has experienced owning and then selling her business. This firsthand experience gives her valuable insight into what it’s like to be on the other side of the transaction. Her perspective enables her to expertly navigate the complexities of buying and selling businesses, providing a unique advantage to her clients.
As a Bay of Plenty local, Theresa knows the region inside and out. With a vested interest in keeping things moving, she knows that businesses are the lifeblood of the region, and a change in ownership always brings new energy. To be part of this process is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role. Theresa works in partnership with her sister, Alanah Eagle, based in LINK’s Waikato office. Theresa has an active personal life and loves hitting the slopes with her family, landscaping her property and enjoying good food both at home and in New Zealand’s top hospitality establishments.
