Blair Stevens B.Com(VPM) MPINZ AREINZ | Rural Sales
Blair is in the unique position of understanding farming and rural issues from most angles having had two decades as a senior rural banker, being a registered valuer and farmer advocate and growing up on a Southland sheep and beef farm. He believes that this extensive knowledge, combined with well thought out and creative marketing and excellent negotiating skills, assists him to understand the issues associated with selling rural assets and importantly, to maximise a farm's value.
Maintaining a proactive relationship with customers and the ability to offer sound, unbiased professional advice is just as important as negotiating with a variety of parties to get the very best deal possible. This means treating every property he sells from the perspective that if it was his own, he would want the very best in terms of professional project management.
