Recent significant transactions include: South City Shopping Centre for $46m, the $45m Waitakere Mega Centre; Tait Campus for $57.75m; Smiths City for $20m; 56-68 St Asaph St (former police station) $24.6m, Castle Rock Properties $53.7m, $23.26m land sale corner Moorhouse Ave & Durham Street; buyer’s agent for Lyttelton Port for its inland port; and acting as purchaser’s agent for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Christchurch involving approximately $50 million of land acquisitions.
