With a strong background in finance and farming, Central Hawke’s Bay’s Ruth Pinfold has always had a natural interest in property – so her recent move to Tremains was a natural career progression. Born and bred in Christchurch, Ruth moved to London in her early 20s to work in high-performing finance industry roles at Harrods Accounts Bureau, UBS, Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank. Moving back to New Zealand after eight years abroad, she settled in the Tararua region - first working for Westpac and then making the major leap to farm life, assisting on her husband’s family dairy farm. The Pinfold family relocated to the beautiful Central Hawke’s Bay four years ago, where their two young daughters attend a local primary school. Ruth is passionate about tennis, playing interclub and holding the role of team captain.
