Born in Colombia and raised in Canada, Jules travelled extensively around the world, living in various countries, including Japan and Indonesia, before arriving on our shores. Living in New Zealand for the past 13 years, Jules has lived in Auckland and Waikato, and is now extremely happy to call Northland home.

With over a decade of sales and marketing experience, she is excited to be working in real estate, bringing with her a solid understanding of what it takes to get results. Jules is customer focused taking time to ensure every experience is enjoyable, positive, and professional. Her knowledge of digital, print and radio advertising will help make your property stand out.

Jules has a great work ethic and friendly approach, combined with the ability to look at the positives in life and business. Outside of work, Jules enjoys gardening, going to the beach, experiencing different cultures and learning languages. She speaks Japanese and some Spanish and is interested in learning other languages. Jules loves to surf and keep fit, making the most of Northland’s beautiful natural environment. She currently lives on a small farm with her partner Damon and dogs.
