Bailey is a proud local, having grown up on her family’s dairy farm just outside Rotorua. Now based in Ngongotahā with her partner, Bailey has embraced her passion for property, starting with renovating their first home together. As an active property investor, she loves learning and exploring opportunities in the real estate market. 

Her background as a commercial pilot has given her exceptional attention to detail, a calm approach under pressure, and the ability to think strategically. She brings a genuine passion for people and property to every interaction, striving to guide her clients through the real estate process with ease and achieve amazing results. Her previous role as a personal assistant sharpened her organisational skills and attention to detail.
