He is now the business owner of Harcourts Patras & Co (Property Management), Team leader at Patras & Co Sales & Marketing in collaboration with Harcourts People First and Director of Trade Track Ltd (Property Maintenance and Developments).

Patras listens to the client's requirements and practically understands their situation; he is a business owner, investor, developer, employer and social worker contributing and giving back to the community. He is multilingual and unique with people, and he has made great contacts and built a rapport over the years; many of the clients have become his family & friends circle.
