Growth Capital Investment Overview:
The following two investment options available to raise funds required:
1. Debt financing – Convertible note, 6% p.a. for the first 3 years, increasing to 12% p.a. in years 4–5. Minimum investment term: 5 years
2. Equity financing – 10% of shares for every $5m invested per respective project, with flexibility to extend up to 30% (maximum $15m investment for 30% equity)
